JudicialOutlook is a judicial scheduling and resource workflow system which is
tightly integrated into Microsoft Outlook. It is also built on the scheduling

Security and Encryption |
|
Security was and continues to be a key
requirement of the foundational development in the JudicialOutlook products. The
system inherintly provides many layers of security, from fully encrypted (128
bit RSA) data transfer to Triple DES user/forms-based authentication on the
client applications. We also provide a third layer of encryption (optional)
which can be implemented on the database field level. |

Integrated messaging |
|
Messaging is a key component to running an efficient and informative courtroom.
JudicialOutlook provides integrated messaging to all of its users to use as a
real-time IM system. it also enables the judge and other court staff to send
immediate messages to LCD lobby screens for paging and case calling workflow
processes. |

|
RSS subscriptions |
|
Customizable RSS subscriptions can be created to share and deliver real-time
information from the JudicialOutlook datastores. JCast, a proprietary casting
solution, uses these RSS streams to "cast", schedule and case data, to
connected LCD screens throughout the courthouse. This assists in delivering
location and schedule information to the court's patrons. |
